The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) represents over 2,700 facial plastic and reconstructive surgeons throughout the world, making it the specialty’s largest association on the globe.

After conducting a detailed feasibility and planning study, AAFPRS retained Association Development Solutions (ADS) to design a $4 million capital campaign in support of excellence in education, relevant and evidence-based research, and expansion of the humanitarian “Face To Face” programs. During the first nine months of the campaign, AAFPRS and ADS consultants secured more than $3.2 million in corporate and member support, setting the stage for a successful campaign. The campaign finished well over goal with an unprecedented 90% member participation.

In addition, Association Development Solutions has assisted the AAFPRS with the development of programmatic project plans to ensure the three primary case components are implemented, and that value is delivered to Campaign partners and members alike.
