American Society of Anesthesiologists
ADS was retained to conduct an assessment of the American Society of Anesthesiologists’ (ASA) fundraising activities and the organizational structure of its numerous related organizations.
Through an audit of existing activities, strategic discussions with leaders of ASA and its related organizations, staff, and external supporters, as well as the application of industry experience, ADS provided the Society with a comprehensive set of data, evaluations, and recommendations for operational and fundraising efficiency and sustainable success.
